The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is intended to describe VCC’s facility, physicians, and the procedures performed at our center, and to assist patients and healthcare partners in understanding our services.

Use of the Site does not establish a physician-patient relationship between you and VCC or any physician affiliated with VCC. A physician-patient relationship is established only through an in-person clinical evaluation.

3. Not Medical Advice; No Emergency Use

The content on this Site is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended as, and should not be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this Site, any contact form on this Site, email, or the online scheduling link to seek emergency medical attention.

4. Online Scheduling

The Site provides a link to a third-party patient portal that allows you to request an appointment online. This portal is hosted and operated independently of the Site, and your use of it is governed by that third party’s own terms of use and privacy policy, not by these Terms.

Submitting a request through the online scheduling link does not guarantee an appointment and does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient relationship. VCC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of the third-party scheduling platform.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the design and arrangement of the Site, is the property of VCC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted. You may view and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of Site content without our prior written consent, is prohibited.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our online scheduling platform. These links are provided for convenience only. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VCC and its physicians, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
